ДА это не репрессии. Репрессии проводятся с определенной целью. Здесь же - просто план у сук горел. Понимаешь, репрессии - они для усиления государства. А усиление - есть порядок. В карающих органах в первую очередь. Здесь же - принципиальный хаос.
